Le Mont Saint Michel's Description
The extraordinary architecture of the Mont Saint-Michel and its bay make of it the place of interest more attended of Normandy and the third of France (after the Eiffel tower and the castle of Versailles) with some 3 200 000 visitors each year. Classified historic building in 1874, the site appears since 1979 on the list of the world inheritance of the UNESCO.
